Hello, my name is Dan Burch. I own and operate Dan Burch Pressure Cleaning, LLC. With 30 years of experience, I specialize in residential and commercial power washing.
Pressure cleaning and soft washing is my full-time business. I am not a fireman, police officer or lawn care guy doing this “on the side” who probably isn’t licensed, insured or carrying workers comp.
Since 1977, my company philosophy has been to clean customer’s homes and businesses as if they were my own own. Quality and integrity continue to be my highest priorities.
I am licensed, bonded and insured. My customers appreciate the fact that I do all of my own work. I do not send inexperienced or uninsured workers into the field.

In recent years, environmentally-conscious homeowners are becoming much more educated in the field of exterior house washing. They are saying no more to the contractors using non-friendly chlorine bleach that has been so popular for so long—especially with “soft wash” companies.
Until recently, there have been few cost-effective alternatives for removing mold and mildew from homes. Now, some cities in the U.S. are already banning its use for washing buildings.
We take a forward-thinking, environmentally-friendly approach that will offer the results you expect without compromising environmental health and safety standards.
I use between 2500 — 3000 PSI (pounds per square inch) of pressure to clean most surfaces. This is both safe and the most desired pressure to clean even the most stubborn stains and mildew.
I have available up to 4200 PSI to deep clean sidewalks and driveways to make them look new again and stay clean longer.
I perform no-stress gentle roof cleaning, which is safe and recommended by the manufacturer for cleaning shingles.
I offer soft washing, although on 90% of the jobs I see, pressure washing with detergent is required to adequately clean all surfaces.
Because occasionally newer customers request it, chlorine washing is available for use in some jobs. If you are considering this, please first read our cautions about chlorine washing on this site.
We use the finest citrus-based soaps and detergents on the market today. They are made from orange and lemon peel, which are environmentally safe and biodegradable.
These solvents, couple with pH balanced surfactants and builders, provide us with an excellent product that quickly removes carbonaceous pollutants such as oil, grease, dirt, and other fallout pollutants commonly found in the house-washing industry.
They are safe on all painted surfaces and aluminum—and they will make your windows sparkle!
Our non-caustic citrus detergent has a safe pH and contains gloss-enhancers to protect painted and metal surfaces from the elements. It also contains mildew-release agents and mildew-retardants.
While most companies “soft wash” using chlorine, because it is inexpensive and it bleaches out (covers up) green mildew stains, we’d like you to be aware of the harmful effects of such chemicals on your home and landscaping.
